The staff is competent and accommodating, even assisting with relocating to another hotel. Its central location near Times Square and various New York attractions makes it a convenient choice for visitors. However, the dining options are limited to a grab-and-go style breakfast, with only basic offerings.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small but super clean and surprisingly quiet, with amazingly comfy beds. However, the proximity to a noisy lift and a very loud air conditioning unit was a downside. The service was lacking, as the staff kept promising improvements without delivering, lacking helpfulness and apologetic attitudes. On the bright side, there was one standout individual who provided exceptional customer service. The location was ideal for tourists, being in the heart of Manhattan with easy access to many attractions. However, there were warning signs of potential scams related to airport transportation, urging guests to make their own arrangements. The dining options were limited to pre-packaged items, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of comfort and inconvenience.
