elevator issue low pressure

the location was acceptable , putting me close to various landmarks.

the elevators were a real problem , with only one working for a good portion of my stay. i had to wait excessive amounts of time , and one morning i walked down from the 22nd floor. the bathroom faucet had low water pressure .

included breakfast perfect air conditioner small lobby cramped check-in

i really enjoyed that breakfast included coffee, juice, tea, cheese, a croissant, butter and jelly. the room was good too, and the air conditioner and heater worked perfectly, i found it was really close to fifth avenue.

the health department notification on the front door made me question my choice. the lobby seemed very small with seating jammed in the small space, also, the check-in counter was cramped.

convenient location grab- -go breakfast helpful staff

the location was really convenient. penn station and several subway stations were just a short walk away. the grab-and-go breakfast was a nice bonus (i liked the pastries!). the staff was also helpful.

the room was a bit small, but that's pretty typical for hotels in this area.
